Derrick Sheppard, also known as DShep, is a Houston native currently residing in the DFW area. Derrick tends to blend with two well-known namesakes: the smart, composed, and charming qualities present in Dr. Derek Shepherd from Grey’s Anatomy mixed in with the stern, quiet, and reserved nature from court legend Shep on Above the Rim. These qualities along with his Creole background have allowed Derrick to develop a unique and lucid style applicable to the way he handles himself and his endeavors. From helping start an organization at a college campus to inserting a “Jealous?” at the right moment, Derrick may be able to actually help bring light-skinned brothers back.
